Construction Foreman

[Key Responsibilities]

• Daily Inspections: Lead and perform systematic inspections of all equipment (heavy machinery, vehicles, and tools) to identify wear and tear.

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and execute a proactive PM schedule to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

• Diagnostic Leadership: Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and direct the repair process.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and maintain accurate inspection logs for regulatory compliance.

• Team Supervision: Manage a crew of technicians/mechanics, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

• Resource Management: Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary supplies.
