Full-Time Operations Executive for Tuition Centre (Parkway Centre, Marine Parade)

Grade Solution Learning Centre is growing — and we're looking for an organised, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented Operations Executive to help run our tuition centre at Parkway Centre, Marine Parade!

If you enjoy variety in your work, love supporting parents and teachers, and are keen to learn and grow with a fast-moving education business, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day operations for the whole centre
• Arranging makeup classes for students
• Setting up registration pages and managing our CRM
• Following up on leads
• Handling parent enquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Supporting ad-hoc admin duties as needed

Working Hours

• Tue – Fri: 1pm – 9pm
• Sat: 8.30am – 4.30pm
• Sundays & Mondays off

What We're Looking For

• Familiar with Zoom and Google Drive
• Based in Singapore
• Able to converse in Chinese with parents
• Prior customer service experience required
• Willing to attend up to 8 hours of training via Zoom
• Reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and people-focused
