Senior, HR Operations & Projects Manager

This is a senior, hands-on role combining HR Operations, HR Program Management, HRIS and project delivery. The successful candidate will work with multiple HR and business functions and manage projects from planning through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HR projects and programs from planning to completion.
• Work with HR, Finance, Technology, Legal and business teams to deliver cross-functional projects.
• Support M&A and post-merger integration activities involving HR processes, systems and policies.
• Drive improvements to HR processes, service delivery and operating models.
• Support HRIS and HR technology-related initiatives and integration.
• Analyse HR data and prepare reports, presentations and insights for senior management.
• Manage project timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder updates.
• Develop and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs and playbooks.
• Support HR Operations, HR Compliance and Extended Workforce initiatives.
• Take on new projects and responsibilities based on business needs.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Program Management, HR Transformation or related areas.
• Strong hands-on HR Operations experience is essential.
• Experience managing multiple projects involving different teams and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of HRIS / HR technology and HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in M&A, post-merger integration or HR transformation is highly preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Six Sigma, Lean, PMP or other relevant certifications is a plus but not mandatory.
