We provide Sensors, analyze the Data with Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, so our customers can make the right Decisions and take the right Actions. We help organizations to be safer, more secure, efficient, sustainable and competitive.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Hunter Focus) to aggressively grow new B2B customer accounts in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

• Identify and approach potential new customers, including end user organizations and system integrators
• Hunt and develop new customers through cold calling, outreach, and proactive prospecting
• Build strong B2B customer pipelines from scratch
• Present and write proposals
• Achieve monthly contact targets and quarterly sales targets

Core Sales Skills

• Our Customer Profile:
• End Customers: Government and MNCs
• Industries: Military, Security, Oil and Gas refineries, Airports, Manufacturing in Singapore and across Southeast Asia
• Customer Hunting / Cold Calling via email, linkedin
• Leads research using LinkedIn, chatgpt, apollo, rocketreach
• Introduce company and solution via email, zoom and face-to-face presentation
• Powerpoint creation and Proposal Writing with help from chatgpt
• Update CRM

Mindset

• Proactive and self-driven
• Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
• Strong hunger for results and income growth
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently

Experience

• 1-5 years of B2B direct sales experience
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop customer relationships through cold outreach
• Highlight if have experience in Tech, SaaS, Internet-of-Things (IoT), Data

Education

• Diploma

• Salary Range: Basic $3,000 - $4,000 + Commission
