About the Product

Ourclient is developing a digital wallet solution designed to support the securedistribution of government disbursements and enable citizens to convenientlyutilise these funds through existing payment channels (e.g., PayNow, NETS,etc.). The platform also facilitates payments for various public schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver public-sector digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain frontend, backend, and secure APIs for distribution platforms.
• Write clean, testable code with strong unit, integration, and E2E coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute independently to solution design.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor production systems, and provide L2/L3 support.
• Build intuitive user experiences for citizens and partners.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns.
• Proficient in JavaScript (preferably TypeScript) and backend development (preferably Go).
• Experience with full-stack testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Effective communicator with the ability to lead technical tracks when required.
• Experience with Serverless, containers, or AWS.
