Responsibilities:
- Preparation for tender submission
- Preparation and submission of progress claim, VO, and finalization of accounts
- Prepare sub-contractor agreement, supplier enquires/sourcing for price quote
- Attend client, consultant, sub-contractor and supplier reconcillation meetings
- Project budgeting
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years QS experience in construction industry
- Meticulous, good team player and able to meet deadlines
