- Preparation for tender submission
- Preparation and submission of progress claim, VO, and finalization of accounts
- Prepare sub-contractor agreement, supplier -enquires/sourcing for price quote
- Attend client, consultant, sub-contractor and supplier reconciliation meetings.
- Project budgeting
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 year(s) QS experience in construction industry
- Meticulous, good team player and able to meet deadline
