Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC digital marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.

• Plan and optimize regional digital campaigns across countries and target markets.

• Promote digital marketing best practices and support local campaign execution.

• Ensure consistent customer journeys and engagement across channels.

• Serve as key user for Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and regional lead for Sprinklr.

• Drive and monitor regional social media strategy, governance, and performance.

• Oversee APAC performance marketing and paid media initiatives.

• Drive marketing efficiency through AI-powered tools and digital solutions.

• Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance across channels.

• Support regional internal communications, newsletters, engagement campaigns, and digital content distribution.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, performance marketing, or regional marketing with proven track record.

• Proven experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels and markets.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and social media platforms, ideally Salesforce Pardot and Sprinklr.

• Strong understanding of paid media, lead generation, and performance marketing.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into recommendations.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced regional environment.

• Collaborative and comfortable working across functions, countries, and cultures.
