Senior HR Executive (West/ Manufacturing)

Job Description:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR Functions
• Handles talent acquisition, employee lifecycle operations, and regional compliance
• Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, engineering, and operational roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of specialized talent.
• Process local payroll, oversee benefits administration, and manage work pass applications (such as Employment Passes or S Passes) in compliance with regional labor laws.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries, assist with performance appraisal cycles, and support disciplinary or grievance processes.
• Track key HR metrics, prepare monthly workforce reports, and coordinate internal engagement or training events.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as HR Operations preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
