Production Specialist

Job Summary

You will process customer work pieces in a Class 1000 cleanroom, ensuring quality and specification compliance while managing customer enquiries and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize workflows and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer work pieces in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment according to customer requirements
• Conduct incoming and outgoing inspection checks to verify work piece quality
• Operate DISCO machines to dice and/or grind work pieces accurately
• Collect and analyze measurement data to confirm conformity to specifications
• Pack customer work pieces following specified standards
• Discuss technical requirements with customers and provide recommendations on optimal processing methods
• Manage projects and follow up on all customer enquiries to ensure timely resolution
• Adhere to operating procedures and workflows to maintain quality and efficiency
• Liaise with internal teams in Singapore and Japan to coordinate work and share information
• Identify and suggest workflow improvements and cost reduction ideas to enhance operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering field; fresh graduates are welcome
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments is advantageous for experienced candidates
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proactive attitude with a positive mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with DISCO machines is advantageous; machine training will be provided
