Customer Engineer

Job Summary

You will install, maintain, and improve industrial machinery, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring optimal machine performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install and modify industrial machinery and equipment to meet operational requirements
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to enhance machine performance and reliability
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime
• Implement continuous machine improvements to optimize operational efficiency
• Provide technical support and conduct operational training for customers on equipment use and basic maintenance procedures

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to work rotational shift schedules as required
