Job Summary

Support dental surgeons by assisting in clinical treatments, managing sterilization and disinfection, handling lab cases, monitoring supplies, maintaining documentation, and coordinating appointments to ensure smooth dental clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist dental surgeons during clinical patient treatments to ensure effective care delivery
• Sterilize dental instruments following infection control protocols to maintain patient safety
• Disinfect treatment rooms thoroughly to uphold hygiene standards
• Handle dental laboratory cases accurately to support timely treatment processes
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of dental supplies to prevent shortages
• Maintain proper documentation and filing to ensure accurate patient and clinic records
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate appointment bookings and resolve related matters
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support clinic operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a pleasant personality to foster a positive patient experience
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
• Maintain a positive working attitude to contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to support clinic goals
• Have a minimum of 5 years of dental assistant experience to perform duties proficiently
• Be willing and able to travel to the East for work
