Operations Manager

Job Summary

Are you a results-driven leader who thrives on solving challenges and driving operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day business operations In this role, you will champion efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results that support the Club's growth and success.

As an Operations Manager, you will collaborate across departments to improve productivity, enhance customer satisfaction, manage resources effectively, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in shaping operational strategy, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensuring the business consistently achieves its performance goals.

Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of 2 people, providing guidance and support.
• Lead, coach and develop operations teams to achieve performance targets
• Manage staffing, scheduling and resource allocation.

Business Development

• Actively pursue new opportunities through partnerships with external like-minded, on-brand partners to grow the database, recruit new students for Jungle Playgroup, increase class participation rates
• Stay updated on industry trends, other Club membership programs (Buds by Shangri-la, American Club, SOHO House, 1880 etc) and market dynamics.

Sales & Budget Management

• Develop strategies to achieve overall Membership Sales Plan (Acquisitions & Renewals).
• Work within budgetary constraints, ensuring that cost of sales is in line with the financial goals of the organization.
• Control and monitor expenses related to events and activities.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operation report

CRM & Loyalty

• Database management, ensuring that the handling, storage and disposal methods are compliant with PDPA standards.

Operations

• Overall management of host team, to ensure that all member requests, complaints or feedback is handled in a service orientated manner.
• Ensure that the host team is on top of managing all general enquiries, inboxes, payments and class scheduling.
• Identify process improvements opportunities
• Manage vendor and supplier relations

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Generate weekly or monthly insights for the club’s performance.
• Generate predictive data analysis to determine impact of promotions or events.

Membership Events

• Plan and execute member-exclusive events and activities to enhance overall membership experience and create stickiness with members.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• A friendly and warm personality and a love of working with children and families
• Good customer service skills
• Great writing skills and proficient with Microsoft excel spreadsheet
• Passion with kids
• Service-orientated with a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 5 days work week on rotation from Mondays to Sundays.
