Civil Engineer – Building Inspection &Project Operations

From façade inspections to drone-assisted defect mapping, you’ll be in the field, not stuck behind a desk. This is a place-and-train role — we’ll grow your responsibilities as you grow your skills.

What you’ll do:

1. Be on-site where it matters– Lead site surveys, façade(PFI) and structural (PSI) inspections for live buildings and construction projects.
2. Be the connector– Act as the key link between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and authorities to keep projects moving.
3. Turn findings into action – Write clear, sharp reports on structural and façade inspections that clients and agencies rely on.
4. Solve problems fast– Follow up on site issues, technical queries, and feedback to keep stakeholders aligned.
5. Tech + field work– Support our Drone Team in spotting defects from the air and translating data into reports.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Some site experience with local construction or building projects — internships count
• You can spot common building defects and aren’t afraid of heights or hard hats
• Proactive, hands-on, and ready to pick up ad-hoc tasks when projects need it
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
• Bonus: Work-at-Height cert, Class 3 driving license
