📍 Location: Nearest MRT, Outram Park
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $3.8K/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 12-month contract

Summary Of The Role
Join the organisation to shape how to attracts, engages and retains talent through strategic employer branding and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the organisation's LinkedIn presence — develop content that showcases culture, values and career opportunities
• Plan and execute an employer branding content calendar with stakeholders across the organisation
• Create publicity materials, employee stories, and career journey features
• Track engagement metrics and present insights to improve branding strategy
• Support internal communications and career development awareness initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Media or any related field
• Strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in corporate communications, employer branding, digital marketing or employee engagement.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and Canva.
