Contract Associate Executive #HYNA

We are hiring a Contract Associate Executive to support Graduate Medical Education programmes, events and administrative operations within a healthcare environment.

Salary: $2,500–$3,500/month
Contract: 3 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Office Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily administration for resident training programmes.
• Manage laptop-related matters, insurance claims and records.
• Coordinate invitations, attendance and responses for department events.
• Assist with event logistics, setup and distribution of materials.
• Compile post-event feedback and prepare reports.
• Support inventory management and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
