Key Responsibilities

1. Professional Marketing:

• Drive awareness and recommendation of organization’s products in pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.
• Engage healthcare professionals through detailing and sampling initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs (Healthcare Professionals), KOLs, and professional influencers.
• Plan and execute professional marketing activities aligned with brand objectives.
• Organize educational programs including inservices and workshops.
• Collaborate with brand and professional marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all HCP-related activities comply with HCC guidelines and company SOPs.

2. Shopper Marketing:

• Support and develop monthly in-store merchandising strategies to boost visibility.
• Coordinate timely execution of retail activations, including promoter management and agency liaison.
• Implement collaborative initiatives with retailers and the Health Promotion Board to promote smoking cessation

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a Science-related field, with minimum 1 year of experience
• Proficient in Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in Sales in Healthcare channel is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Zoom Webinars is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
