About this job

The Internationalisation (i18n) Officer will be attached to the i18n Office under the Department of Industry & Partnerships at Singapore Polytechnic.

The officer will serve as a front-facing, customer-oriented representative of the i18nOffice, providing support to stakeholders and contributing to the improvement of i18n-related processes.

Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly and professionally to i18nenquiries from staff, students, and external partners.

· Support daily administration and operations of the i18n Office.

· Maintain accurate and audit-ready i18n records and documentation.

· Track overseas programme proposals, approvals, and compliance requirements.

· Support overseas programme logistics, communications, and pre-departure administration. Coordinate administrative processes and maintain programme records.

· Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, and briefing papers.

· Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme operations.

· Compile operational statistics, programme data, and reports.

· Support process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

· May be required to support the maintenance of dashboards, digital records, and reporting tools as well as contribute ideas on leveraging digital technologies, automation, or AI tools to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

· Organised, meticulous, and strong in administration and record management.

· Able to coordinate tasks, follow up effectively, and manage multiple priorities.

· Communicates clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.

· Customer-focused, with good stakeholder management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

· Works well independently and collaboratively in a team.

· Proactive, responsible, resourceful, and willing to learn.

· Solves problems systematically and improves work processes efficiently.

· Comfortable working in dynamic and multicultural environments.

· Curious and self-directed in learning new skills, especially in AI, emerging technologies, and process improvement.

· Technical and automation experience such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot etc. will be an added advantage.

Contract Duration:

Able to commit till July 2027
