Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project sponsors and leaders to manage and realize all assigned projects.
Coordinate promptly with external stakeholders such as Corporate Departments and internal stakeholders including the Operations Team and support units necessary for project completion.
Prepare regular updates for stakeholders and management.
Create presentations to update stakeholders on project concepts and progress.
Manage projects involving digitalization, with knowledge in Technology/IT being an advantage.
Perform administrative duties, coordinate meetings, write minutes, and handle any other assigned tasks.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
Proven work experience in Security Operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Strong analytical, meticulous, problem-solving, and creative solution skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and a team player.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Proficiency in MS Power Apps and Power BI is an advantage.
