Job Description
- Daily inspection of critical M&E systems (e.g.
- sprinklers, chillers)
- Operation of chiller plant per scheduled
- hours
- Monitoring and response to fire alarm
- activations
- Facilitation of contractors’ access to M&E
- areas
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by SUSS
Job Requirements
- Minimum NITEC or at least 2 years relevant experience
