Join a well-established Asian Bank in Singapore and be part of the AML Governance & Quality Assurance Team, supporting the Bank's AML/CFT framework, regulatory compliance and financial crime controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 2nd-level reviews and provide advisory on KYC/CDD for corporate, trust and fund structures.
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on KYC/CDD, EDD and transaction monitoring cases.
• Review transaction activities to identify and escalate unusual or suspicious activities.
• Partner with Front Office and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with AML policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support AML governance, including policy reviews, sanctions updates, Enterprise-Wide AML/CFT Risk Assessment, FATCA/CRS reporting and management reporting.
• Review and enhance AML systems, controls and processes, including transaction monitoring and name screening.
• Deliver AML training and support AML projects, investigations, audits and other ad-hoc initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of AML Compliance experience within financial services.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in KYC/CDD reviews, ideally covering corporate, trust and fund structures.
• Experience in Transaction Monitoring, AML investigations and sanctions.
• Degree in a relevant discipline; ACAMS or ICA certification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MAS AML/CFT regulations and financial crime compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with project management, data analytics or Python is a plus.
