Accounts Executive (MNC Manufacturer)

Job Highlight

• Located at Pioneer (Transport Provided Islandwide)

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

• Up to S$4,800

• AWS and VB

Responsibilities

• Handle General Ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, financial schedules and reporting.

• Maintain fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, CAPEX/CIP, transfers, disposals, reconciliations and physical asset verification.

• Support inventory and consignment inventory accounting, including valuation, reconciliations, stock takes, provisions and investigation of inventory variances.

• Support GST/tax, statutory audits, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, Finance projects, process improvements and cross-functional requirements.

Skills/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4–5 years of relevant accounting or Finance experience.

• Sound knowledge of IFRS, SFRS and applicable Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems, with good Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively across functions; experience in manufacturing/consignment inventory, audit, internal controls or compliance is advantageous.
