Civil Engineer (Site)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and sub-contractors to align on scheduling, project plans, and daily operational milestones.
• Assist in managing day-to-day site operations, tracking progress against project deadlines, and ensuring work aligns with technical specifications.
• Support the Project Manager in maintaining project timelines, controlling budgets, and delivering quality work.
• Analyze site ground conditions, soil reports, and test data (e.g., Cone Penetration Testing) to assess technical risks and implement effective risk-mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and operational guidelines across active field locations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Structured training will be provided for those without experience.

Willingness to work on outdoor field sites under varying weather conditions.

Adaptable to site access requirements and site-entry health/safety regulations as needed.

Schedule: 5.5-day work week
