Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Plan and oversee daily construction activities to achieve project progress, safety, and quality goals while managing workers, subcontractors, and resources to complete projects within budget and timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily construction activities on site to meet project progress, safety, and quality objectives
• Enforce compliance with specifications, safety protocols, and environmental regulations throughout all construction phases
• Manage and lead direct workers and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion within budget
• Develop workforce plans for in-house workers to optimize labor allocation and productivity
• Collaborate with consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), and in-house technical teams to resolve onsite discrepancies
• Identify and anticipate construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues to implement preventive measures
• Participate in subcontractor and client progress meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
• Coordinate and manage delivery and storage of site materials and equipment to ensure proper, economical use and availability
• Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager and Directors to support project needs
