Project Engineer/Coordinator

Job Summary

You will lead and coordinate daily construction activities on site to achieve project progress, safety, and quality objectives. You will manage workforce and subcontractors, collaborate with consultants and technical teams to resolve issues, and oversee materials and equipment logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily construction activities to meet project progress, safety, and quality targets
• Ensure all construction work complies with specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Manage and supervise direct workers and subcontractors to deliver the project within budget and schedule
• Develop and implement workforce plans for in-house workers to optimize productivity
• Coordinate with consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), and in-house technical teams to identify and resolve onsite discrepancies
• Anticipate construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues to proactively mitigate impacts
• Participate in subcontractor and client progress meetings to communicate status and address concerns
• Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery and storage to ensure efficient and economical use
• Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Directors
