Our client is expanding their loan brokerage team and seeking motivated individuals who are driven by performance and results. This is a commission-based role suited for individuals who want full control over their income and career growth.

Illustration:

• Loan Amount: S$1,000,000
• Service Fee: 3% = S$30,000
• If the commission is 40% of the net revenue, the payout is S$12,000.
• If the commission is 50% of the net revenue, the payout is S$15,000.

What You Will Do

• Generate and engage clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Understand clients’ financing needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Liaise with multiple banks and financial institutions to structure applications
• Manage the full loan process from consultation to approval
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
