Job Summary:
The Education Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall teaching quality and operational targets across multiple school locations. This role ensures effective teacher training, curriculum development, and competition planning to enhance the education experience and achieve key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achievement of Teaching & Operational Goals
- Ensure the completion of all teaching and operational KPIs across 6 campuses.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to drive improvements in education delivery and student satisfaction.
- Collaborate with school managers to optimize resource allocation and teaching schedules.
2. Teacher Training & Development
- Design and implement training programs to enhance teachers’ instructional skills and methodologies.
- Conduct regular workshops, coaching sessions, and evaluations to ensure teaching excellence.
- Develop a structured onboarding process for new teachers.
3. Curriculum Development & Enhancement
- Oversee the refinement and standardization of course materials and lesson plans.
- Ensure that all course content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with educational standards.
- Gather feedback from teachers and students to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness.
4. Competition Planning & Training
- Develop a structured plan for academic competitions, including preparation timelines and training sessions.
- Provide strategic guidance and resources to teachers and students for competition readiness.
- Track and evaluate competition performance to enhance future training programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in education operations, training, or academic management.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in curriculum development and teacher training.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with academic competitions and student engagement strategies.
