Cashier & Handcraft Assistant (Perler Beads Studio)

📋 Job Responsibilities:

1. Cashier & Customer Service: Handle daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions, accurately process payments, greet walk-in customers, and assign seating.
2. Guidance & Teaching: Provide clear, friendly instructions to beginners on basic Perler bead techniques, tool usage, and safety rules.
3. Bead Fusing & Ironing (Core Duty): Safely and skillfully operate electric irons or heat presses to fuse customers' bead creations, ensuring products are flat, durable, and perfectly finished.
4. Studio Maintenance: Regularly inventory and top up bead colors, organize workspaces, and maintain overall cleanliness of tools and the studio.

🎯 Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Exceptionally patient, meticulous, and detail-oriented with good manual dexterity.
• No specific educational background required; prior experience in handcrafting, retail, or hospitality is a major plus.
• Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (on a shift-rotation basis).
