Your Roadmap with Us

• Week 1-2 (The Foundation): Dive into our structured onboarding program. You will learn brand guidelines, consumer psychology, and face-to-face presentation basics with a dedicated mentor.
• Month 1 (Leadership Launch): As you step onto the field to represent clients at bustling pop-ups, you will immediately begin training in team leadership, site management, and peer coaching skills.
• Month 3+ (Campaign Mastery): Step into a senior roles, manage small team logistics, and oversee the operational side of brand rollouts.
