Engagement Executive

What you’ll be doing

Be part of a fast-paced team where you’ll represent clients, engage people, and build strong relationships. This role focuses on communication, client representation, and driving results through face-to-face

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients and communicate their brand message clearly to customers
• Engage with people to build interest and drive sales results
• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
• Support campaign planning and execution for our exisiting clients
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
• Provide feedback from the ground to improve campaign effectiveness
• Continuously improve communication and sales skills through training

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable interacting with different individuals
• Driven, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team
• No experience needed - training provided
