Legal Counsel

We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support a growing, multi-entity gaming and entertainment group. This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working independently across multiple legal areas.

Responsibilities

• Advise on group structuring, corporate governance and cross-border matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, licensing, partnership and vendor agreements.
• Support JVs, strategic projects and corporate transactions.
• Advise on IP, data protection and employment matters.
• Support regulatory and licensing matters where required.
• Work closely with senior management and external counsel on legal and commercial issues.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 5–8 years' experience.
• Strong corporate and commercial legal experience.
• Prior IP experience is required.
• Broad legal exposure rather than a highly specialised background.
• Ideally experienced in both private practice and in-house.
• Experience in a smaller or fast-growing organisation is preferred.
• Gaming industry experience is preferred.
• Adaptable, resourceful and able to work independently with strong commercial judgement.
