ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting operations behind the scenes? Join our vibrant catering team as an Admin Executive and play a vital role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide general administrative support to the Office, Kitchen & Operations team

✅ Coordinate and follow through on equipment repair and servicing with vendors

✅ Manage petty cash and handle claims and reimbursements accurately

✅ Maintain proper records of kitchen and office inventory

✅ Assist in procurement and office supplies ordering

✅ Support in food labeling and packing documentation when needed

✅ Manage company vehicle servicing & Insurance Matter

✅ Assist with basic HR tasks, including: New Staffs Onboarding, Staff attendance tracking, Leave records management & Preparing simple HR letters and documents

✅ Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

✔ Min. GCE O-Level or relevant qualification

✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Able to work independently and follow up on tasks

✔ Prior experience in F&B or catering industry is a plus
