Short Form Videographer Content Creator

We are looking for a versatile and imaginative Videographer & Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling. You will own the entire video production process—brainstorming viral concepts, setting up the perfect shot, and editing the final cut to perfection. If you live and breathe social media trends and know how to hook an audience in the first three seconds, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Ideation & Strategy: Pitch creative video concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Production & Filming: Shoot high-quality video content, managing camera operation, lighting, and basic audio capture.

Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Content Management: Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and pacing for specific social media algorithms.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current audio trends, transitions, and social media formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of raw footage, project files, and final exports.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven Portfolio: A strong reel or portfolio showcasing your shooting, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects).

Gear Knowledge: Experience operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and external audio recorders. (Specify here if they need to bring their own gear or if you will provide it).

Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of short-form (TikTok/Reels) and long-form (YouTube) content strategies.

Soft Skills: Excellent time management, ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset open to receiving and implementing feedback.
