Operations Executive (Security Industry)

Union Security is seeking a reliable and proactive operations professional who excels at multitasking, managing on-the-ground activities efficiently, and is eager to grow into a role with the opportunity to develop and lead his/her own team.

Job Description

• In-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites
• Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
• Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
• Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement
• Prepare weekly reports
• Basic Site Risk assessment
• Maintain a reliable pool of Relief Officers
• Other ad hoc by the Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimun SSO Rank & above
• Valid PLRD Licence and own transport
• Min 2 years of working experience in the security industry
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
