Site Coordinator (Railway Signaling and Infrastructure Project)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of site activities for railway signaling and infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the execution of on-site works by coordinating between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations in accordance with project requirements, safety standards, and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of daily site activities, including work planning, site access, and resource allocation
- Liaise with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure work activities are aligned and executed as planned
- Assist in tracking site progress and provide regular updates to site management
- Maintain and update site records, including reports, checklists, permits, and documentation
- Support preparation and submission of site-related documentation (e.g., method statements, work permits, test reports)
- Coordinate logistics such as tools, materials, and manpower required for site works
- Assist in monitoring site safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in site meetings, toolbox briefings, and coordination sessions
- Support issue tracking and follow-up on site-related actions or discrepancies
- Facilitate communication between site teams and external stakeholders where required
- Provide regular site progress update status to Project manager and Installation manager
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations for future projects.
Qualification required:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent; or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in railway/infrastructure projects is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders on site
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site, including night shifts or weekends when required
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Has valid Class 3 driving license (preferred)
- Valid Forklift License (10 Ton Forklift)
Job Types: Full-time (Permanent)
Salary: SGD3,100 - SGD4,000 per month
