Contracts Executive (WFH)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Contracts Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess 10–15+ years of proven experience in securing and managing construction and renovation projects, particularly for HDB, condominium, and private residential properties. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, preparing competitive tenders, building long-term client relationships, and driving project acquisition.

Applicants with prior experience in established and reputable renovation or construction companies in Singapore are highly encouraged to apply.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and secure construction and renovation projects for HDB, condominium, and private residential properties.
• Monitor and actively participate in project tenders, quotations, and bidding opportunities.
• Prepare tender submissions, cost proposals, and contract documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with property owners, developers, main contractors, consultants, interior designers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Leverage existing industry networks to generate new business opportunities and project leads.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after successful contract awards.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

2. Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in contract management, tendering, and business development within the construction or renovation industry.
• Proven experience in securing and bidding for HDB, condominium, and private residential renovation/construction projects in Singapore.
• Previous employment with established or reputable renovation or construction companies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Singapore construction contracts, tender procedures, and project costing.
• Well-established network with property developers, consultants, main contractors, interior designers, property management companies, and prospective clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve business development targets in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tendering and project management software is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and own transport is an added advantage for client meetings and site visits.
