Sourcing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage Product Quotation Requests (PQR) and RFQ processes across internal teams
• Review Bills of Materials (BOM), identify material requirements, and assign / engage appropriate suppliers for RFQs
• Consolidate supplier quotations and raw material pricing to support accurate and timely customer quotations
• Lead sourcing activities for raw materials to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity
• Perform supplier negotiation, price benchmarking, and cost optimisation initiatives
• Analyse costing, sourcing data, and operational requirements to support quotation and business decisions
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Engineering teams on BOM, costing, and RFQ-related matters
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying new sourcing opportunities
• Maintain accurate pricing and sourcing data in systems (e.g. SAP, Agile)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing and quotation efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support ad hoc sourcing, RFQ, and cross-functional projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in RFQ, sourcing, procurement, or costing-related roles
• Experience in manufacturing or EMS environment is preferred
• Familiarity with BOM review, RFQ processes, and costing will be an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP, Agile, or Google Workspace is a plus
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Well-organised with good time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
