Office Hospitality Assistant ( 1 Year Exp / East / Part time / Immediate)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver beverages to the respective floors or designated areas.
• Assist with the basic preparation, cutting, and washing of ingredients.
• Provide support during company events and functions as required.
• Replenish pantry supplies and consumables to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, beverage equipment, and related facilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy storage area for pantry consumables.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor and prepare consumption reports for pantry supplies and consumables.
• Coordinate with the store personnel on the ordering and replenishment of pantry consumables.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Key Requirements

• Food and Hygiene Cert is a MUST
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional when interacting with customers, with the ability to represent the company positively.
