Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food according to recipes
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with the established standards
- Minimize spoilage and wastage by preparing and storing food items according to established standards
- Maintain a clean work section and always observe hygiene and safety standards
- Advise your Superiors of supplies to be ordered
- Prepare mis-en-place and ensure all preparations are arranged neatly and orderly before service
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude and service-oriented
- Able to work rotating shifts and weekends/public holidays
