Job Summary

You will support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to support recruitment efforts
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities to integrate new hires effectively
• Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures to provide clear guidance
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs to enhance workplace culture
• Support performance management processes by preparing documentation and tracking progress
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement to employees
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and benefits enrollment to support payroll and compliance
• Coordinate with finance to manage salary payments and deductions efficiently
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks for current standards
• Assist in preparing audits and reports to meet regulatory compliance requirements
• Manage confidential employee records and maintain strict confidentiality standards
• Handle HR correspondence, notices, and communications to facilitate effective information flow
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
