DIGITAL BRAND & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Debia is seeking an energetic, creative and productive Digital Brand & Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and support our marketing and corporate communication activities.

Fresh graduates with initiative, a willingness to learn and a desire to grow with the company are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects and gain practical exposure within the fast-growing fintech and payments industry.

KeyResponsibilities

•Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and business leads.

•Plan, create and publish engaging content across Debia’s digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

•Conceptualise, film and edit short-form and long-form video content tailored tothe relevant social media platforms.

•Develop content and marketing materials for product launches, merchant partnerships, corporate announcements, awards, campaigns and company events.

•Design social media posts, advertisements, brochures, presentations, newsletters and other promotional materials.

•Coordinate photography and video production involving Debia’s management, employees, merchants, payment terminals and corporate activities.

•Maintain and update Debia’s website to ensure that its corporate, product and promotional content remains accurate and current.

•Support search engine optimisation, paid advertising and other digital marketing initiatives.

•Monitor website traffic, social media engagement and campaign performance, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

•Keep abreast of emerging digital trends, content formats and competitor activities, particularly within the fintech and payments industry.

•Liaise with merchants, business partners, vendors and internal departments on joint campaigns and promotional activities.

•Ensure that all published materials are consistent with Debia’s brandguidelines and accurately represent its products and services.

•Obtain the necessary internal approvals before publishing legal, regulatory, compliance-related or commercially sensitive content.

•Maintain an organised repository of approved marketing materials, photographs,videos and campaign records.

•Perform other branding, marketing and corporate communication duties assignedby management.

Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, MassCommunications, Business or a related discipline.

•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship, project or workingexperience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management orvideo production would be advantageous but is not essential.

•Proficient in Figma and familiar with design and video-editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or equivalent applications.

•Familiar with the content formats, trends and engagement strategies used acrossLinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, engaging and professional content.

•Energetic, creative and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

•Resourceful and able to propose new ideas and carry them through to execution.

•Organised, attentive to detail and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

• A responsible teamplayer who is prepared to take ownership of assigned projects and grow with the company.
