Freelance Receptionist

Century Education Group is seeking a freelance assistant to support our tuition centre team during educational events. You will engage with students, parents, and staff to provide excellent service and assist with administrative and operational tasks. Hourly rates are between $12-16, depending on qualifications.

Job Summary

Support the tuition centre team by delivering friendly customer service, handling queries, providing administrative assistance, and supporting sales, marketing, or operational activities during educational events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and courteous customer service when interacting with students, parents, and staff
• Respond to and resolve minor queries
• Provide general administrative support
• Assist with sales, marketing, or other operational tasks as needed
• Use basic computer skills to complete tasks, including MS Office (Word, Excel) applications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with customers
• O level certification or higher; additional qualifications are advantageous
• Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Punctuality to meet scheduling requirements
• Students are welcome to apply
