Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Keenfinity for a fulfilling job opportunity! This job will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals.

You will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experience team members:

• Generate SAP reports
• Assist in sales forecasting and analysis
• Prepare PowerPoint slides for internal and external meetings
• Support order & credit management processes
• Handle pricing, discount structures, and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Participate in month-end and year-end stock takes
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing / completed a Diploma / Degree in Finance / Business or related courses
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Note: Applicants must be able to commence work in 2026 and commit for minimum 6 months.
