HR Intern / Junior Executive

Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will support end-to-end recruitment management, employee engagement initiatives, and core HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration processes, while helping to deliver engaging employee activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, people engagement, and best practices in a dynamic corporate environment.

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidates shortlisting, staff onboarding & offboarding and staff engagement

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives and events

• Support HR operations including offer preparation, HRIS management and benefits administration

• Any other adhoc related duties that may be assigned during the course of work
