Executive Chauffeur (Personal & Corporate)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy and service-oriented Executive Chauffeur (Personal & Corporate) to provide transportation services, family support and administrative assistance for a Singapore-based family and business owner.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders, possess excellent communication skills, be highly responsible, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: S4,000 – S5,000 (All-inclusive fixed monthly salary, commensurate with experience and capability)
• Vehicle & Expenses: Company/Employer provides vehicle; Fuel, ERP, parking fees, and vehicle maintenance costs are fully reimbursed

Key Responsibilities
• Safe Transportation: Provide safe and punctual transportation for the employer and family members, including children’s school runs, extracurricular activities, and family errands.
• Corporate Chauffeuring: Conduct airport transfers and corporate travel for company clients, executives, and business guests.
• Route Planning: Plan optimal routes daily to ensure efficient, smooth, and timely journeys.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior), schedule routine servicing, inspections, repairs, and annual inspection arrangements.
• Administrative Support: Assist with simple outdoor administrative tasks (e.g., dispatching documents, picking up items).
• Confidentiality: Uphold strict professional ethics and maintain complete confidentiality regarding family matters, company business, and client information.

Requirements
• Driving License: Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license with at least 5 years of safe driving experience (Experience as a personal, family, or executive chauffeur is highly preferred).
• Driving Record: Excellent driving skills with an in-depth familiarity with Singapore roads. Clean driving record with no major traffic accidents or serious violations (MVR / Demerit Points Record required).
• Language Skills: Proficient in conversational English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with the family and clients.

• Professional Image: Well-groomed, polite, punctual, and highly discreet.
• Flexibility: Willing to accommodate occasional evening or weekend drive requests when necessary.

Note: Candidates must undergo a background check (including criminal record clearance and reference checks with previous employers).

Working Hours
• Core Schedule: 7:50am - 4:50pm, Monday to Friday (aligned and adjusted with family and business routine).
• Overtime Policy: This position operates on an all-inclusive monthly salary structure (the salary covers occasional evening or weekend drives). As overtime is infrequent, separate overtime pay is not applicable; compensatory time off will be granted in rare instances of extended consecutive overtime.
