Management Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Management Trainee to join our team as a Food Services Crew Leader. This role provides hands-on experience in restaurant operations, customer service and team coordination, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day service operations to ensure smooth and efficient outlet performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
• Monitor service operations to ensure compliance with company service standards, SOPs and safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and outlet presentation.
• Support the Outlet-in-Charge in coordinating and guiding service crew to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional working environment within the outlet.
• Identify areas for improvement and support initiatives to enhance service standards and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Candidates with F&B, hospitality or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Strong leadership potential with an interest in developing a long-term career in F&B management.
