About this job
We are looking for an experienced Baker specializing in bread production. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in bread making, including dough preparation, mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking.
Job Description
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to established recipes and production requirements.
- Roll, shape, and mold dough into the desired shapes and sizes.
- Prepare, cook, and evenly portion fillings into pie shells.
- Review production schedules to determine the required variety and quantity of baked goods.
- Maintain consistent product quality, portion sizes, and presentation throughout the production process.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
- Good knowledge of bread products and baking processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
