Company Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport managerial staff, project managers, engineers, and visitors safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to scheduled appointments and site requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, and lights.
• Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, or accidents immediately to management.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and site safety regulations.
• Assist with delivery and collection of documents, materials, and small equipment when required.
• Support site administrative and logistical activities as assigned by management.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when transporting management personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Experience driving managerial staff or company executives is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3/appropriate driving license.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and construction site access procedures.
• Defensive driving skills and strong safety awareness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Safe driving record with no preventable accidents.
• Timely transportation of managerial staff and site personnel.
