Recruiter

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on retail and frontline hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Drive recruitment for retail and frontline positions, including Full-Time, Part-Time and supervisory roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, career fairs and other channels.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet business manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Partner closely with recruitment agency
• Manage recruitment turnaround time and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
• Track and monitor recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, interview-to-offer and offer acceptance rates.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to HR and business stakeholders.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant Singapore employment legislation and company policies.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality, consumer or other high-volume environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Comfortable handling high-volume frontline recruitment and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work with hiring managers at different levels.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and local recruitment channels will be an advantage.
