Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to identify renovation needs and budget requirements
• Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess project scope
• Recommend tailored renovation solutions and packages based on client needs
• Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals to clients
• Follow up promptly on enquiries and leads to maintain engagement
• Convert leads into confirmed renovation projects through effective sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure smooth handover after project confirmation
